You Are HereTM will help you get maximum value out of attending the event. This year the system will be deployed on the event site and on 42' touch screens located throughout the event.
On the event floor you'll be able to easily search by companies, product categories, session schedules and more, and once you select something, the system will give you details and show you the way from wherever you are standing. You can even print out a map with directions right on the spot using environmentally-friendly thermal printers.
On line you can use this same system to create a Personal Agenda of sessions you plan to attend, exhibitors you want to meet, and other features of the event you want see. You can see and update your agenda anytime you're online, or even download it to your mobile device for easy access.
The system also gives you added access to exhibitors before, during and after the event, with features such as an Appointment Scheduler and a post-show "Crumb Trail" tool showing you which booths you visited and helping you re-connect.
