Tracy Stange - Director of Sales
Tracy Stange has hardcore racing in her blood, having grown up around the industry. Working for
the All Star Sprint Car Series, the Pennzoil IndyCar team and eight years managing marketing, and
special events for C&R Racing gives Tracy invaluable industry experience. Starting in sales for IMIS in its
inaugural year, Tracy is now the Director of Sales, managing four Sales Managers. Tracy’s husband, Bob,
owns Strange Engineering, serving all aspects of motorsports.
Dana Potts - Sales Manager
Dana Potts brings 15 years of racing experience to IMIS, ranging from Formula One Powerboat Racing
to NHRA Drag Racing. Dana offers a diverse range of motorsports experience, from helping launch the
first NASCAR race at Chicagoland Speedway to working with NHRA Top Fuel Driver Clay Millican in his
historic run of six straight IHRA World Championships. Dana brings a unique perspective and wealth of
knowledge to ultimately benefit the motorsports industry.
Jonathon Masters - Sales Manager
Jonathon Masters comes from a Dirt Late Model and Modified background. Jonathon attended college
for motorsports management in Concord, North Carolina. While in North Carolina, Jonathon covered Dirt
Late Model races for National Speed Sport News, developed relationships with members of NASCAR and
the asphalt short track world. Returning to Indiana, Jonathon wrote for Dirt Late Model and worked for a
motorsports marketing company. Jonathon came to work with IMIS for their inaugural show in 2009.
Mona Tutino - Sales Manager
Mona Tutino delivers over 15 years of hardcore racing industry experience for her clients. She has worked
directly with industry distributors and dealers as well as performance equipment manufacturers coordinating
Sales, Technical and Administration duties. Mona has also coordinated and participated in major industry
trade shows, including SEMA, PRI & PWA. This background allows Mona to understand her customer’s needs
as a Sales Manager for the IMIS Trade Show.
Damon Hill - International Sales Manager
Damon Hill hails from Australia and represents IMIS to the hardcore racing community. With nearly two
decades in motorsports, Damon has been instrumental in establishing and representing international
brands in specific market sectors in England and the U.S. in addition to his own country. Along with IMIS
sales duties, Damon represents Ferodo Brakes, OZ Wheels, Willians Safety Harnesses and RPM Racegear,
putting him squarely in the Australian motorsports market.
