Chris Paulsen - Partner
Owner of C&R racing in Indianapolis and Charlotte and also a founding member of IMIS. Starting his “hardcore” racing career in 1978 as a mechanic on Sprint Cars and Suoer Modifieds, Chris quickly worked his way up the racing ladder. In 1982, Chris began working on Indy cars full-time as Crew chief for many recognized teams and in 1988 started C&R Racing. As a Board Member of the Indiana Motorsports Association, Chris saw the great opportunity of bringing a major industry tradeshow back to Indy.
Jason Gilbert - Trade Show Manager
Jason, brings over 13 years of experience in the planning and execution of trade shows and events. Working with a diversity of groups from not for profits to events for Fortune 500 companies keeps him on the cutting edge of the industry. Jason is actively involved with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) and will continue to use his involvement in this organization to keep the International Motorsports Industry Show at the forefront of racing industry tradeshows.
Tammy Wiley - Registration Manager
Partnering with IMIS on registration and housing for the show is Professional Conventions and Meetings, Inc. (ProCaM). As president of ProCaM, Tammy serves IMIS as Director of Meeting and Registration Operations. Graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, and with almost 20 years in the industry, Tammy brings knowledge of motorsports and hospitality together to deliver a seamless registration and reservation experience to all IMIS exhibitors and attendees.
Joyce Hall - Operations Manager
Prior to joining ProCaM in 2000 and specializing in motorsports management, Joyce held the position of special event manager at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Her career at the Speedway included sales and management of hospitality events held in conjunction with the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400, and PGA Golf Tournaments held at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course. For IMIS, Joyce brings her experience in the motorsports industry and her knowledge of managing a large scale event from start to finish.
Jamie Harding Hancook - Marketing Manager
Jamie is an experienced marketing professional and brings a fresh new perspective to
IMIS and the motorsports industry. She is a graduate of the Kelley School of
Business with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing. She recently joined the IMIS
team coming from the marketing department of The Children's Museum of Indianapolis
where she gained vast knowledge of print, media and rebranding.
Kelly Hubbard - VIP Concierge
Kelly comes to IMIS with a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts in Commercial Tourism & Recreation management from Purdue University. She began her career in Denver, Colorado working in Corporate Hotel Sales. In 1993 she moved back to Indiana and continued working in hotel sales, the meeting planning industry and also worked as a Sales Associate for Performance Events Promotion. She joined ProCaM in May 2009 and is entering her third year as the VIP Concierge for the IMIS exhibitors and attendees.
Kirk Russell - Director of Safety and Technical Conference
A veteran of the CART racing scene for more than 30 years, Kirk has been the Director of Operations, Technical Director and Vice President, Operations. Kirk has served as a member of the USAC technical committee and also served at numerous Sports Car Club of America events. Today, Kirk is a consultant on motor sports safety, facilities and event organization. We are proud to have him serve as the IMIS Safety and Technical Conference Coordinator.
