Exhibiting Guidelines

We ask your cooperation in complying with these guidelines as a condition of your participation at the show.

Random solicitation or selling of promotional materials or products of any type is not allowed.

No one under 16 years of age is allowed in the show, including during move-in and move-out.

No videotaping or photography will be allowed by anyone other than registered media.

Note: Confirmation of industry work is required for both exhibitors and attendees. To keep this a motorsports industry event only, we will ask for you to include a business card or cover letter on official company letterhead. We appreciate your cooperation in making sure we keep this show centered around the motorsports and racing industry only!
